Description
Belle View is a one bedroom duplex apartment (situated between the first and second floor landing) at the rear of the Whitesands building. Whitesands apartments are a stones through from Weymouth’s glorious sandy beach and close to the Pavilion, harbour and town centre. Whilst retaining many of its original features, the property has been modernised to a very high standard. Whitesands can now boast the interior quality that its imposing exterior has demanded.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed seating two, a coffee table and features a TV with Freeview and DVD player.
The kitchen/diner includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washer/drier plus a full range of utensils. The dining area features a table and two chairs.
Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and two bedside cabinets complete with lamps.
Bathroom features a quadrant shower only, wc, wash basin, mirror and heated towel rail.
As a family run business, we ensure personal service at all times and one of our staff will be available seven days a week to help with any needs or unforeseen problems that may occur. Jan, our property manager, and her dedicated service team ensure that all apartments are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
