The Rise is a two bedroom, first floor apartment within a development of small self-catering apartments which are set in a quiet location yet just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of vibrant Weymouth.
Dowstairs, the living area is open plan with the living room furnished with two sofas seating four, coffee table, 32” flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player. The dining area comprises of a table with seating for four.
The kitchen features an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine and comes complete with a full range of utensils and accessories including a microwave, kettle and toaster.
Upstairs, bedroom one is an en-suite furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, two bedside cabinets with lamps and chest of drawers. The en-suite comprises of a shower cubicle, wc and wash basin. Bedroom two is furnished with twin beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet with lamp and chest of drawers.
The main bathroom features a bath, wash basin and wc.
Outside the property is accessed by a flight of internal stairs. The apartment is within walking distance to the town centre of Weymouth and is close to Weymouth Bay. There is off-street parking for one car plus additional on-street parking nearby.
