Situated in the popular residential area of Radipole, Magnolia House is detached and close to local amenities but not far from the main town centre and beach which are about 1 mile away. This Victorian house has a restful and neutral palette of colours plus home from home conveniences which have been added to help you enjoy your stay.
A nearby footpath leads to Radipole Park to reach a children's play area, tennis courts and landscaped gardens. Further on you can access an internationally renowned RSPB Nature Reserve or continue down this path on foot or on the cycle path and you will arrive in Weymouth town centre and beach in about a 25 minutes walk. The local Spa Pub and Restaurant, just a few minutes walk serves a varied menu including a recommended Sunday carvery and has a large garden with children's play equipment.
The accommodation comprises of a lounge with 42" flat screen television with Sky, Blue Ray DVD player and WiFi. The kitchen/diner has a washing machine, dishwasher, CD music system, fridge and freezer with dining table and chairs for 5. A sun room and utility area then leads you outside.
The first floor has bedroom one as a twin, bedroom two is a kingsize double and bedroom three is a single. The bathroom has bath, shower over, hand basin and toilet.
Outside the garden has both patio and lawn and garden furniture. off road parking suitable for a small to medium car, garage for non car storage only, additional on street parking available. Bed linen is inclusive.
