Little Gem is a contemporary ground floor apartment located in Park Mews in Weymouth town centre. Situated within a peaceful mews development, this apartment is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing break yet close to all amenities including a short walk to the beach. The accommodation comprises of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with access to the patio. The area is furnished with a two seater sofa, coffee table, flatscreen TV and DVD player, tub chair and storage box. Wi-Fi internet access available throughout. The kitchen features an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, complete with a full range of utensils and accessories including a microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. The dining area comprises of a dining table with seating for four.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobe with chest of drawers inside and mirror. The bathroom is a traditional partly tiled bathroom featuring a bath with overhead shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror.

Outside there is a private patio leading from the living area furnished with a table and two chairs. A permit is provided for parking on the local roads based on a first come, first served basis. Additional parking is available in the car park 50 yards away (charges will apply).
