Fountain Cottage

Fountain Cottage is a comfortable one bedroom cottage attached to an old Rectory, set in 3 acres of grounds at the heart of the village Conservation Area. The lovely Wey Valley Walks pass right by the back gate at the old stone bridge across the trout river, and Radipole Lake RSPB bird sanctuary is a few minutes away.

The accommodation comprises of a good sized lounge/diner that has a woodburning stove making this an ideal retreat over the winter months. The kitchen has breakfast table for two, high level oven and is equipped with fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher with door to the private garden. The bedroom has a kingsize double bed and the luxury bathroom has double corner bath with shower handset, counter top basin, airing cupboard and toilet.

Outside there is a garden mostly laid to lawn with a small patio area and garden furniture and barbecue. There is private parking.

Weymouth

But Weymouth is far more than just a sandy beach. It lies on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, the first such site in the UK. There are plenty of places to go out to eat and drink, from quaint pubs to harbourside restaurants. There are plenty of sporty options, many water based, and plenty of attractions such as Lodmoor Country Park, the Sea Life Park and Nothe Fort.
