Belmont lies in the popular Nothe area of Weymouth and has stunning panoramic sea views over Newton’s Cove. This pebbly beach is particularly popular with children who can waste hours exploring all the rock pools at low tide. There are walks aplenty from Belmont, the harbour is just a 5 minute walk away as are a whole host of cafes, bars and restaurants.
The accommodation at Belmont comprises of an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which includes the all important washing machine, flat screen TV, CD player and WiFi. There is a shower room, shower, hand basin and toilet.
Upstairs to bedroom one which is a kingsize double as is bedroom tow. The bathroom has bath, basin and toilet. Further stairs to the second floor where bedroom three is a kingsize double and bedroom four is a twin.
Outside is a tiered patio with garden furniture. There is a gate opening onto Newton’s Cove. Parking is available in a double garage a few minutes walk away as Belmont is situated in a pedestrian only lane.
