Admiral's Retreat is a very stylish apartment in the new development of contemporary properties at Admirals Quarter with solid oak flooring throughout and John Lewis furnishings. With partial sea views from the lounge, bedroom and patio area through the trees to Newton's Cove where there is a small shingle beach and lots of rock pools to explore. Located next to Nothe Gardens, you have wonderful, large open grassed areas, trees and attractive walks stretching above the coast. A short stroll brings you to brewers Quay and Weymouth Harbour.
One full flight of entrance stairs leads you to the accommodation consisting of a hallway leading to a combined lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen has granite worktops and is well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A dining table with two chairs in the dining area and flat screen TV with DVD and CD player are in the lounge. Patio doors lead out to the shared garden area. There is a bedroom with kingsize double which also has patio doors to a patio area. There is a bathroom with shower over, hand basin and toilet.
Outside there is a patio area and shared garden. Allocated parking space within an electronically gated parking area. Admiral's Retreat welcomes babies but is not suitable for children.
