Park Mews is a contemporary, mews style semi-detached house located in Weymouth town centre, just minutes from the beach. Internally, the property is furnished to a high standard throughout. Externally, the furnished patio area at the front of the property is ideal for relaxing after a busy day.
The living area is situated on the ground floor and is furnished with a three seater sofa, arm chair and a coffee table, a 32” plasma TV with Freeview, DVD player and an Ipod docking station.
The kitchen is situated on the ground floor and features an electric single oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer, a full range of utensils including microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere. There is a breakfast bar with seating for four people and a separate utility area with iron, sink and large amount of storage space.
Bedroom one is situated on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed, single wardrobe with drawers and two bedside cabinets with lamps.
Bedroom two is situated on the first floor and is furnished with two single beds, single wardrobe with drawers and a bedside table with a lamp.
The bathroom is situated on the first floor and features a ‘P’ shaped bath with shower mixer taps, wc, mirror, shaver point and heated towel rail.
3 Park Mews has a security gated entrance to the property and a patio area to the front of the property with seating for four people. There is outdoor storage for bicycles/surfboard and Weymouth Bay is just a 5 minute walk away. There is allocated off-street parking for one car and additional limited on-street parking outside based on ‘first come, first served’ basis.
