Quarry Trails

Quarry Trails is a spacious modern terraced house pretty much in the middle of Portland. With sea views from the master bedroom and just a short walk to the coast path the property is perfect for families wanting to explore the area. There is plenty to do in Portland. The walking is excellent with stunning coastal views on almost all routes. Continue a walk in Tout Quarry Sculpture Park and combine the outdoors with artworks dotted around the trails with new art being added all the time. There are 3 lighthouses on Portland with one now a bird observatory and nature centre and the active one having a visitor centre right at Portland Bill where you can also indulge in a great lunch or cream tea at the Lobster Pot. Plenty of water sports on offer with the National Sailing Academy on Portland harbour so try windsurfing, sailing, kite surfing, paddle boarding or diving. The fishing is also good with several spots around Portland holding record sized fish. Visit Portland Museum, relax on Church Ope beach, discover the pirate graves or take an evening stroll along Chesil Beach.

The accommodation at Quarry Trails comprises of a sitting/dining room with TV, DVD player, Bluetooth sound system, WiFi and dining table with chairs for six. The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside is an enclosed garden with lawn and patio areas complete with table and chairs. There is an allocated parking space directly outside the property. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

There are several small independent retailers in Easton as well as some larger retailers such as Tescos. There are several options for eating out including several pubs, an Indian, a Chinese, The Sugar Loaf Cafe, Cyclecino where great coffee and cycling meet and White Stones Cafe Gallery, where great food meets great art.
