Seagulls, West Bay is a detached holiday home located on the outskirts of West Bay. Perfect for family seaside holidays you can explore along the nearby beaches and further in each direction along the Jurassic Coast. Part of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast this part of the Dorset coast will be familiar to many as it was the setting for ITV's Broadchurch. West Bay is on the South West Coast path and the walking and views are excellent. Or why not go on a canoe tour along the River Brit to Bridport. Lyme Bay Rib Charter offer a pacier experience and the opportunity to see the coast and cliffs from the sea with different options available from sedate to white knuckle. You can book a fishing trip from the Harbour Masters Office, take a tour around Palmers Brewery or just have a relaxing day on the beach. Lots of places to eat out including the West Bay Tea Rooms, Seagulls Restaurant, The Station Kitchen and The Watch House Cafe.
The accommodation at Seagulls, West Bay comprises of a sitting room with dining area with Freeview TV, DVD player and WiFi. The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The conservatory has more comfy seating with doors leading to the garden. There are three bedrooms arranged as a king size double, double and twin. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and toilet. A cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

With the stunning golden glow of the majestic sandstone cliffs and the shimmering radiance of Golden Cap, West Bay is the Golden Gateway to the Jurassic Coast. Formerly known as Bridport Harbour, West Bay lies just 2 miles away from Bridport and has a small harbour, 2 piers and 2 beaches one of which is part of Chesil Beach. West Bay was made famous as the location of a television series by the BBC called Harbour Lights, which aired in 1999 and 2000 and starred Nick Berry. At the top of the cliff lies the Bridport and West Dorset Golf Club with a full 18-hole course and 9-hole "pitch and putt" course in the summer season. There are lots of fishing trips available in the summer, including deep sea fishing. Boats can also be hired to row up the River Brit towards Bridport.
