Description
Junipers is located in the village of Puncknowle just one and a half miles from the coast. With the World Heritage Jurassic coast stretching away to both east and west this makes an excellent location to explore this scenic area. With many Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to explore in West Dorset and a huge variety of walks and pathways you can explore the area on foot or bike. Golf, fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, climbing and even stand up paddle boarding are just some of the activities on offer in the area.
The accommodation at Junipers comprises of a living room with open fire, TV, DVD player, CD player and small library of DVDs. There is a dining room and a kitchen equipped with electric cooker, combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bunk room is on the ground floor and has an additional set of bunk beds for occasional sleeping only. The bathroom has a ¾ bath with shower over, basin and toilet. Up steep stairs to the first floor where there are two further bedrooms arranged as a double with en-suite toilet and a twin. A travel cot can be provided upon request.
Outside there is a small, enclosed garden with patio complete with furniture. There is roadside parking to the front of the property. Your fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

With the stunning golden glow of the majestic sandstone cliffs and the shimmering radiance of Golden Cap, West Bay is the Golden Gateway to the Jurassic Coast. Formerly known as Bridport Harbour, West Bay lies just 2 miles away from Bridport and has a small harbour, 2 piers and 2 beaches one of which is part of Chesil Beach. West Bay was made famous as the location of a television series by the BBC called Harbour Lights, which aired in 1999 and 2000 and starred Nick Berry. At the top of the cliff lies the Bridport and West Dorset Golf Club with a full 18-hole course and 9-hole "pitch and putt" course in the summer season. There are lots of fishing trips available in the summer, including deep sea fishing. Boats can also be hired to row up the River Brit towards Bridport.
